• Service Tax as applicable shall be extra
• Installation and monthly rental will not be charged for ISDN BRA connection subscribed. However, normal  Telephone charges will be levied as applicable
• Fixed IP address will be assigned for this backup access.
• Dial up access will be permitted only from the subscribed ISDN connection(CLI restriction)
• For ISDN backup customer has to make his own provision to detect the status of Internet leased line and originate the dial up connection whenever the leased line is out of order.
• In will be customer's responsibility to entirely control the usage of ISDN dial back up connection.
• No e-mail space shall be provided.
• No discount on Internet access shall be available during Sundays and National holidays.
• For availing this service customer has to apply in the prescribed application form along with the prescribed payment indicated above. Customer has to apply for the IP address assignment in the prescribed application form.Customer also has to apply for ISDN BRA connection separately.
